Start your return
Email hello@paseobarcelona.com with your order number and reason. We'll reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return label.

Send it back
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Pack it up and drop it off.

Get your refund
Once we receive your return we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

Need a different size?
Email us and we'll sort an exchange. We recommend checking our size guide — our pieces run slightly generous.
